Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

• Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately with your Order Number.

Cancellation by ErthGlow

ErthGlow reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock or unavailable.

• There is an error in product pricing or description.

• Payment authorization or verification fails.

• The order is flagged as fraudulent or suspicious.

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided.

• Circumstances beyond our control prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by ErthGlow, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Approved cancellations made before shipment will receive a full refund.

• Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable if no payment has been collected.
