Customer satisfaction is important to ErthGlow. Refunds are provided only for eligible cases.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds are applicable if:

• The product is damaged during transit.

• An incorrect product was delivered.

• A product is missing from your order.

• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be made via bank transfer after receiving the customer's bank account details.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Opened or used products

• Change of mind

• Skin allergies or individual skin reactions

• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

• Products returned after the eligible return period

• Damage caused after delivery

If a refund request is rejected after inspection, the product may be shipped back to the customer.
